Today I fast and it's a rest day from training.  When these two rarely coincide I get to sit quietly feeling how time really feels when the mind is switched off from looking for food and movement.  Time is silent and gentle, it is then who and what I am starts to sit with me and share itself.  Every part of me keeps whispering......"lets move, come on..just a little shadow boxing even"...haha..sit still child, take your rest because tomorrow we smash seven body parts for seventy reps each with strict form and wise cadence and thats only part of the sequences and patterns we will go through to enhance and maintain cleansing strength, balance and happiness for the soul.  This silence is the host of my diet.  Take your rest, tomorrow you will have your play and challenge yourself to show you even more of what and who you are.  OSU
